Hi! I’m Riza Hazrin — born in Negeri Sembilan, raised in Sepang, and someone who enjoys helping people, learning new things, and finding simple solutions to everyday problems.

I’ve spent over 10 years working in customer service and technical support in different industries like airlines, cryptocurrency, and SaaS. I love roles that let me communicate with people, stay organized, and keep things running smoothly.

Right now, I’m also growing in a new direction: data analytics. I’m in my third semester of the Bachelor of Information Management System program at UiTM Shah Alam, where I’m learning data cleaning, organizing information, and creating easy-to-understand visuals.

My school journey started at SK Sungai Pelek, then SMK Pantai Sepang Putra (PMR 2005), and later Sekolah Menengah Teknik Slim River, where I took Civil Engineering for SPM. After that, I completed my Diploma in Education (TESL) at KUIS in 2011. I’m the fourth of five siblings, born on 26 October 1990.

When I’m not working or studying, you’ll probably find me traveling, trying new local food, or exploring different cultures. I love discovering hidden food spots, unique local flavors, and learning how people live around the world.

I’m always excited to grow, explore new opportunities, and meet people who share the same passion for learning and improvement.
